Semrush has not announced a Black Friday 2026 deal. On October 17, 2026, its pricing page offered only the standing annual discount of up to 17% and a 7-day free trial (Semrush, verified October 2026).
The useful question is whether waiting beats that 17%. Last year’s answer depends on which deal site you believe, and Semrush has since renamed its plans. Both points matter before you hold off on a purchase.

I found no announcement from Semrush itself. The 40% figure is the most specific claim, but it comes from an affiliate deal page. Treat 17% as the floor you can count on and anything above it as a bonus.

The Pro and Guru names that most 2025 deal posts quote are gone from this page. If Semrush runs a 2026 offer, it will probably apply to SEO, Starter and Pro+. Compare any “40% off Guru” headline you see against these plan names before you trust it.
Wait or buy now?
Buy now if you need keyword or backlink data this month. Six weeks of missing data can cost you more than a discount saves. Annual billing already takes up to 17% off.
Wait if you can live on the free plan or the 7-day trial until late November. Start the trial on or after November 20, 2026. It then runs to Black Friday, November 27, and you will see any offer before the first charge.
Existing subscribers should not expect anything. Every 2025 report I found limited the deal to new accounts.

Cheaper ways to cover the same jobs
