Top pro

Research, scripts, faceless video, and scheduling live in one tool

Top con

Credits burn fast on the premium models (Veo 3 Quality, Sora 2 Pro)

Syllaby is worth it if you post faceless short-form video at least three times a week and you want research, scripting, generation, and scheduling in one subscription. Plans run $29, $78, and $153 a month, with a 7-day trial that requires a card. If you post sporadically, or your brand depends on your own face, the credits expire unused and a cheaper editor does the job.

That is the short version. Below is what the credits actually buy, how the workflow runs end to end, how it prices against invideo AI, and where it falls down.

TL;DR: Syllaby bundles keyword research, AI scripts, faceless AI video, voice cloning, and a bulk social scheduler into one platform aimed at lead generation rather than one-off clips. Entry price is $29/mo for 500 credits, which covers roughly 38 one-minute faceless videos. The workflow is the product, and it works. The weak spot is the credit meter once you switch on the premium text-to-video models. Rating: 3.9/5.

What Syllaby Actually Is

Syllaby is an AI content platform that carries you from keyword to posted video. You start in its keyword research tool, pick a topic, let it draft a script, generate a faceless video or an avatar video from that script, then push the finished file into a bulk scheduler for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and the rest.

The pitch is a pipeline rather than a generator. Most AI video tools hand you an MP4 and leave the hard part (deciding what to make and getting it posted every week) to you. Syllaby’s answer is to own all four steps so the friction between them disappears.

Under the hood it now routes text-to-scene generation through six third-party models, including Veo 3 Fast, Veo 3 Quality, Seedance 1 Lite, Seedance 1 Pro, Sora 2, and Sora 2 Pro. Which of those you can touch depends on your plan, and that gate matters more than the credit count.

Syllaby Pricing in 2026: The Real Numbers

Here is the current plan table from Syllaby’s pricing page, checked August 2026. Annual billing takes roughly 15% off and, on the lower tiers, changes how credits are granted.

PlanMonthlyAnnual (per mo)Credits/moVoice clonesStorageSchedulingTop models

EnterpriseCustomCustomCustomCustomCustomCustomAll models

Every plan includes a 7-day free trial and a 30-day refund window.

The number that decides everything is the credit cost per output. A one-minute faceless video runs 13 credits. So Basic’s 500 credits buy about 38 faceless videos a month, which is more than one a day. On that maths, $29 for daily short-form is cheap.

The maths inverts the moment you generate with the premium text-to-video models. Those cost multiples of a faceless render, and they are the reason people on Basic run dry in week two and assume the tool is broken. It is not broken. They switched formats.

A Worked Cost Example

Say you want five faceless videos a week, so 20 a month, plus four higher-production hero clips using a premium model.

The 20 faceless videos cost about 260 credits. Basic’s 500-credit allowance covers them with room left. Add the hero clips and you are into Standard territory, because Basic cannot access Veo 3 Quality or Sora 2 Pro at all. That is a jump from $29 to $78, and it is a plan-gate decision rather than a credit decision.

Work out which of those two shapes you are before you pick a tier. Posting volume points at Basic. Production value points at Standard, and you should expect to pay $78.

The Workflow, Step by Step

The end-to-end run is where Syllaby earns the subscription, so it is worth walking through what actually happens.

1. Keyword research. You enter a topic and Syllaby returns search terms with volume, plus content ideas built from them. This is the step almost every rival skips, and it is why Syllaby output tends to be about things people search for rather than whatever the model hallucinated.

2. Script generation. Pick an idea and it drafts a short-form script with a hook, body, and call to action. The first draft is usable but generic. Budget five minutes of editing per script if you want it to sound like a person. Feeding it your own hook as a prompt improves the output more than any setting in the tool.

3. Video generation. Three routes here. Faceless video stitches stock footage and B-roll to your voiceover at 13 credits a minute. AI avatar puts a synthetic presenter on screen. Text-to-scene sends the script to one of the six generative models for original footage. Faceless is the workhorse, and it is the reason most people buy this.

4. Voice. You get one voice clone on Basic, three on Standard, five on Premium. A cloned voice on faceless footage is the single biggest quality upgrade available here, because it removes the stock-narrator sound that makes AI video obvious.

5. Bulk scheduling. Queue finished videos across your connected accounts. Basic caps you at 20 scheduled posts across a two-week window, Standard at 60 across four weeks, Premium unlimited. If your whole reason for buying is cadence, that Basic cap will bite by month two.

Faceless Video Quality: Good Enough, With a Caveat

The faceless output is publishable. Stock-and-voiceover video with clean captions is a mature format, and Syllaby renders it competently at a price that makes daily posting realistic.

The caveat is the synthetic read. AI voices have improved but audiences that watch a lot of short-form still catch them, and the avatars catch it worse. Formats where the information carries the video (how-to, listicles, finance explainers, news recaps) survive this fine. Personal-brand content does not. If your differentiator is you, filming on a phone still beats any avatar on the market.

Voice cloning narrows the gap enough that it is the first thing I would set up on day one of the trial.

Syllaby vs invideo AI

The nearest mainstream comparison is invideo AI, which sells the same generative video promise at a different shape.

Mid tier$78/mo (1,500 credits)$85/mo Max (390 credits)
Keyword researchYes, built inNo
Bulk social schedulingYes, all plansNo
Voice cloning1 to 5 clones by planNot on entry plan
Credit rolloverNoNo

invideo is cheaper to try and stronger as a pure generation engine, with a deeper model roster and generous storage on higher plans. It stops at the export. You still need a scheduler, and you still need to decide what to make.

Syllaby costs more at entry and gives you the two steps invideo does not: what to make, and getting it posted. Whether that is worth the extra $12 a month depends entirely on whether those two steps are currently what stops you from publishing.

Where Syllaby Falls Down

Credits do not roll over. A light month is money burned. This is standard across the category and still annoying.

The model gate is aggressive. Basic users cannot touch the Quality and Pro models at any credit spend. The upgrade is $49 a month, and the pricing page does not make that gate obvious until you hit it.

The trial needs a card. Seven days, card up front. Several Trustpilot reviewers describe the cancellation flow as slow, and a few complain about email opt-out requests going unhonoured. Syllaby holds a 4-star average across 84 Trustpilot reviews as of August 2026, which is a decent score with real complaints underneath it. Set a calendar reminder for day six.

Scripts need editing. The first draft is competent and forgettable. Anyone shipping unedited Syllaby scripts is going to sound like everyone else shipping unedited Syllaby scripts.

The tool cannot make you post. Obvious, and still the reason most subscriptions die. Syllaby removes friction from a habit you have to already want.

Who Should Buy It

Buy Syllaby if you are a creator, affiliate, or solo operator committed to a regular posting cadence in a faceless-friendly niche, and you want the research and scheduling steps handled instead of stitched together from three tools. At $29 a month for roughly 38 faceless videos, the entry plan is priced for that person.

Skip it if your brand runs on your own face, if you post twice a month, or if you already own a scheduler and a script process you like. In that last case invideo AI at $17 does the generation part for less.

FAQ

What is Syllaby?

Syllaby is an all-in-one AI content platform covering keyword research, script writing, faceless AI video, voice cloning, and bulk social scheduling. It is built around posting consistently and turning that content into traffic and leads.

How much does Syllaby cost in 2026?

Basic is $29/mo for 500 credits, Standard is $78/mo for 1,500, and Premium is $153/mo for 5,000. Annual billing saves about 15%. Every plan includes a 7-day trial and a 30-day refund window.

How many videos do Syllaby credits buy?

A one-minute faceless video costs 13 credits, so the $29 Basic plan covers roughly 38 of them a month. The premium text-to-video models such as Veo 3 Quality and Sora 2 Pro cost far more per render and are locked to Standard and above.

Is Syllaby good for faceless video?

Yes, that is its core strength. The faceless output is publishable and the price makes daily posting realistic. Set up a voice clone early, because the default AI voices still read as synthetic to regular short-form viewers.

Does Syllaby actually generate leads?

It can, with consistent use. Syllaby removes the friction of researching, producing, and scheduling content. The leads come from posting over months, which the tool makes sustainable but cannot do on your behalf.
