Last year’s offer, from 2025: 15% off the $495 lifetime licence, which brought it to $420.75, a $74.25 saving. It showed on ThriveCart’s homepage in Wayback Machine captures from November 16 to November 28, 2025.
The best live offer today is the 30-day free trial on the Standard ($444 a year or $47 a month) and Pro+ ($804 a year or $87 a month) subscription plans. The lifetime licence still costs $495 one-time at ThriveCart’s own checkout.

Quick Decision
- You will sell for more than a year: the $495 licence already beats the $444 annual plan by the start of year two. Waiting for a possible 15% only moves $74.25.
- You need affiliates or sales tax tools: budget $295 a year for the Pro+ upgrade on top of the licence. No archived Black Friday page I found discounted it.
- You have nothing to sell yet: start the 30-day trial on a subscription plan. A trial started today runs into Cyber Monday week.
- You can wait four weeks: wait, and check the homepage from November 16. If ThriveCart repeats 2025, the licence costs $420.75, less than one year of the cheapest subscription.

The 2025 sale and the years before it
ThriveCart’s 2025 Black Friday deal was 15% off the $495 lifetime licence. The homepage ran a “BLACK FRIDAY SPECIAL OFFER” bar and put a red “15% OFF” badge on every “$495 Lifetime” button. A capture from November 10 shows no sale. By December 4 the sale was gone, replaced by a free payment-processing offer worth about $30 on $1,000 of sales.
Earlier years are less clear. ThriveCart’s own homepage showed no Black Friday sale in 2023 or 2024, only the standing $495 licence. Third-party sites report a $100 discount, and they disagree with each other:

Lifetime licence vs subscription: the bigger saving
The Black Friday saving is small next to the gap between the licence and the subscription. Plan fees only:

Waiting for the sale saves $74.25. Choosing the licence over the annual plan saves $837 by year three. If you need Pro+, licence plus the $295 upgrade costs $790 in year one, $14 less than the $804 Pro+ subscription, and $1,032 less by year three.

None was needed in 2025, because the discount showed on the homepage buttons. The lifetime checkout does have a coupon field, so a 2026 code is possible.
