ClickFunnels Agency Account 2026: 25 Client Workspaces, $5,500

A ClickFunnels agency account is a lifetime ClickFunnels subscription with client workspaces you create and bill from one login, each with its own funnels, domains and contacts. ClickFunnels doesn’t sell it on the pricing page. It comes with the Funnel Builder Coaching & Certification Program, sold only inside the One Comma Club Challenge for $5,500, and ClickFunnels’ own help doc lists 25 client workspaces in the bundle. Regular plans already include 1 to 20 workspaces, so most agencies can start there.

Do you need the agency account at all?

Most agencies don’t need the agency account on day one. ClickFunnels’ regular plans already include workspaces, which ClickFunnels calls sub-accounts: 1 on Launch, 5 on Scale, 10 on Optimize and 20 on Dominate (ClickFunnels pricing, October 23, 2026). Each workspace can hold a client’s funnels.

Here’s what one client workspace costs on each route, at full capacity:

One workspace on each regular plan is your own, so subtract one from the client count. The agency figures assume all 25 bundled workspaces are filled. With 5 clients in year one, the agency account works out to roughly $97 per client per month, more than annual Scale.

• 1 to 4 clients: Scale. Your own workspace plus four client ones for $164 to $197 a month.
• 5 to 9 clients: Optimize annual at $2,976 a year.
• 10+ clients and growing: the agency account starts to pay for itself, mainly in year two and after, when it costs $297 a year.

How does the ClickFunnels Agency App work?

The ClickFunnels Agency App is the tool inside an Agency Plan that creates and manages client workspaces. A team administrator creates each workspace, ClickFunnels emails the client an invitation, and the client gets their own space without seeing your main workspace (ClickFunnels help: Agency App, updated January 26, 2026).

Creating a client workspace takes five clicks:

1. Go to Apps > Agency App from your main workspace.
2. Click Add Client Workspace.
3. Search for the client’s contact, or create one, and select it.
4. Enter a workspace name. The client sees this name.
5. Click Create Workspace. ClickFunnels provisions it, sends the invitation and gives the client admin access.

The status then moves from Pending to Creating Workspace, Workspace Created, Client Invited and Client Accepted. You switch between client workspaces with the workspace switcher, and client users show a “Client” badge under Team Settings.

The limits the help docs spell out

• 25 bundled, 50 at most. ClickFunnels’ certification help doc (updated May 22, 2026) lists a “Lifetime Subscription with 25 Client Workspaces”. The Agency App itself caps at 50, and archived workspaces don’t count. Markinblog reported 50 in March 2026 and says support told it extra slots can’t be bought. Check the number on your order form before you pay.
• Clients don’t control billing. “Billing is managed by the agency,” per the docs. Clients ask you for plan changes.
• Client workspaces start with the Sites app. Other apps are bought as add-ons from the Apps page. Markinblog reports support quoted a one-time $100 per app, per workspace.
• You can’t convert an existing workspace. Client workspaces must be created through the Agency App, so plan your migration.
• Your own workspace gets more. The Agency Plan includes unlimited funnels and domains for the agency owner’s workspace, plus API access.

How do you get a ClickFunnels agency account?

The agency account is only sold through Russell Brunson’s free One Comma Club Challenge. ClickFunnels’ help center says so directly: “Enrollment into the Funnel Builder Coaching & Certification Program is currently only available through the 1 Comma Club Challenge” (ClickFunnels help, updated May 22, 2026).

The price structure from that doc:

• $997 down payment
• Then $4,500 in one payment ($5,500 total), or three monthly payments of $1,800 ($6,397 total)
• If you don’t choose within 7 days, ClickFunnels puts you on the three-payment plan automatically
• Plus a $297 yearly fee, reported by Markinblog and The Funnel Road

How much can an agency earn reselling ClickFunnels?

With the agency account, clients pay you instead of ClickFunnels, and you keep the whole subscription. Markinblog reports that support set the floor at $97 a month per client account, the price of ClickFunnels Launch, so you can’t undercut ClickFunnels.

Five clients roughly break even in year one. The real payoff comes from year two, if you keep the clients.

Most agencies don’t sell the account on its own. They fold it into a retainer, say $1,000 a month for funnel management including the software. The ClickFunnels affiliate program is the other route: it pays 30% recurring on referrals who pay ClickFunnels directly, with no upfront cost to you.

Agency account vs Share Funnels

You don’t need workspaces to work for clients at all. ClickFunnels’ Share Funnels feature lets you build a funnel in your own account and send a copy to the client’s account. Clients can also add you as a team member on their own plan.

That route costs you only your own subscription, and the client pays ClickFunnels directly, ideally through your affiliate link. You lose the 100% resale margin, but you also skip the $5,500.
