ClickFunnels Pricing 2026: $97 Is All Most People Need

ClickFunnels costs $97 to $297 a month in 2026, plus $0.675 per 1,000 emails. Full plan table, three real monthly bills, and why Launch is enough.

ClickFunnels sells four plans in 2026: Launch at $97/month, Scale at $197, Optimize at $297, and Dominate at $5,997/year (ClickFunnels, verified September 2026). Annual billing cuts 16-17% off the three monthly plans. No plan takes a transaction fee or a percentage of your sales. My ClickFunnels review covers the builder itself. This page covers only the money: what each tier buys, what the pricing page leaves out, and what your bill looks like once email sends land on it.

I run my own funnels on ClickFunnels, so the numbers below come from the plan I pay for, not a press release.

TL;DR: Pay $97/month for Launch. It has the same funnel builder and checkout as the $297 plan. Upgrade to Optimize only if you need the built-in Affiliate Center. Budget an extra $0.675 per 1,000 emails sent on every plan (ClickFunnels, verified September 2026).

The full ClickFunnels price list: four plans, $97 to $5,997

Every ClickFunnels plan includes unlimited funnels, visitors, landing pages, and site pages, plus group onboarding calls (ClickFunnels, verified September 2026). The tiers differ on limits and support, not on the core builder. Dominate is annual only.

Launch at $97 covers a single offer without compromise

The $97 Launch plan runs one offer end to end. You get 10,000 contacts, two team seats, three courses, five custom domains, and unlimited funnels (ClickFunnels, verified September 2026). The 2-step checkout, one-click upsells, and order bumps are all on this plan.

Those checkout mechanics are the reason to buy ClickFunnels at all. They do not improve at $197 or $297.

What Launch lacks is workspace count, API access, and headroom. One workspace means one business. If you sell one course or one coaching offer, that is exactly what you need. A 10,000-contact ceiling sounds tight, but an offer that fills it is already paying for Scale many times over.

Three courses is the only Launch limit I would watch. A course seller with a front-end product, a flagship, and a bonus vault hits it on day one.

What does $197 or $297 actually buy you?

The jump from Launch to Scale buys infrastructure. Scale unlocks webhooks, full API access, the custom code editor, and advanced automation workflows (ClickFunnels, verified September 2026). It also raises you to 75,000 contacts, five workspaces, six courses, and priority support with live chat.

Pay for Scale when you need a developer to connect ClickFunnels to something else, or when you run more than one brand.

The jump from Scale to Optimize buys one feature and more room. Optimize adds the Affiliate Center, so you can run your own affiliate program inside ClickFunnels instead of paying for Tapfiliate or similar (ClickFunnels, verified September 2026). Limits climb to 150,000 contacts and ten workspaces.

The funnel builder and checkout are identical across all three. Nobody gets a better page editor at $297.

The pricing page buries four extra costs

The headline price is the floor, not the bill. Four charges sit outside the plan table (ClickFunnels, verified September 2026).

Email sends: $0.675 per 1,000. This is the one that scales against you. Two examples: 20,000 contacts receiving four campaigns a month is 80,000 sends, roughly $54 on top of your plan. A 100,000-contact list mailed weekly costs about $270 a month before you count the plan itself.

Video hosting: $0.10 per video asset plus bandwidth. Only applies if you host inside ClickFunnels. Embed from elsewhere and this line is zero.

Pause plan: $17/month. You pay to keep an account dormant. Most competitors pause for free.

API and webhooks: Scale and above only. Launch users who need an integration a native connector cannot handle are looking at a $100 monthly jump for that alone.

None of these is hidden in the fine print. They are just not in the four-column table people screenshot.

Three realistic monthly bills, math included

Here is what the plan price plus email sends looks like for three common setups. I compute email at $0.675 per 1,000 sends (ClickFunnels, verified September 2026). Video cost assumes third-party embeds unless stated.

ScenarioPlanContactsSends/monthEmail costExtrasMonthly bill
Solo launch, one offerLaunch $975,0004 campaigns = 20,000$13.50None$110.50
Course seller, weekly newsletterScale $19730,000Weekly = 120,000$81.0040 hosted videos = $4 + bandwidth$282 + bandwidth
Affiliate-program operatorOptimize $29760,0006 sends = 360,000$243.00None$540.00

The solo launch is the case most readers are in. A $97 plan becomes $110.50 once you mail 5,000 people four times. That is a rounding error against a validated offer.

The course seller adds $81 of email to a $197 plan, and the affiliate operator pays almost as much for email as for the plan. Every bill here is still cheaper than stacking separate tools for the same job. Sending less often is the only lever that brings it down.

Lock in annual only after the offer proves itself

Annual billing saves 16-17%: Launch drops to $81/month ($972 upfront), Scale to $164 ($1,968), Optimize to $248 ($2,976) (ClickFunnels, verified September 2026). Dominate has no monthly option at all.

The trap is timing. ClickFunnels refunds the first payment inside 30 days and issues no prorated refunds after that. Pay $972 in week one, decide in week six the offer does not convert, and you own eleven months of a tool you are not using.

My rule: run the 14-day trial, then pay monthly and let the 30-day guarantee cover the first paid month. That is 44 days of low-risk testing. Switch to annual after two or three months of sales data, when the 16% saving is real money on a tool you know you will keep.

How ClickFunnels pricing stacks up against Systeme.io and GoHighLevel

Systeme.io undercuts ClickFunnels at every tier. The free plan covers 3 funnels and 2,000 contacts with no card. Startup costs $17/month and Unlimited costs $97 with no contact cap and no per-send email fee (Systeme.io, verified 2026). The trade is a plainer builder and a weaker checkout, which I break down in the ClickFunnels vs Systeme.io comparison and the Systeme.io review.

GoHighLevel starts at $97/month for Starter, matching Launch on price, then adds usage fees for email, SMS, and AI features. It is built for agencies managing client sub-accounts, which is a different job from selling one offer. The GoHighLevel review covers when that trade-off makes sense.

ClickFunnels wins on checkout, template library, and paid-traffic track record. It loses on price to Systeme.io and on agency features to GoHighLevel.

Who shouldn’t pay for ClickFunnels at all?

Three groups should keep their $97. First, anyone with an unvalidated offer. ClickFunnels is a conversion tool, and at $97/month plus email sends it burns cash while you are still finding out whether people want the product. Test on Systeme.io’s free plan first.

Second, SEO-first content sites. The blog tool is weak and the platform is priced for funnels, not articles. WordPress plus a cheap form tool does that job for a fraction of the cost.

Third, tight budgets that cannot absorb a bad month. The pause fee, the per-send email line, and the no-proration refund policy all punish hesitation (ClickFunnels, verified September 2026). If a $110 bill in a zero-sales month would hurt, wait.

Verdict: pay $97, upgrade only for the Affiliate Center

Launch at $97/month is the right ClickFunnels plan for almost everyone reading this. It has the same builder and the same checkout as Optimize, and 10,000 contacts is more headroom than a single offer needs on day one (ClickFunnels, verified September 2026).

Move to Scale when you need API access or a second workspace. Move to Optimize when you want to run your own affiliate program inside ClickFunnels. Skip Dominate unless a 400,000-contact list is your actual problem.

Budget the email line from month one and pay monthly until the offer proves itself.

Start the 14-day ClickFunnels trial. No card required, and the 30-day guarantee covers your first paid month. The free trial guide walks through what to build in those 14 days, and the full ClickFunnels review covers the builder, the email tool, and the course platform in detail.

ClickFunnels pricing FAQ

How much does ClickFunnels cost per month?

ClickFunnels costs $97/month for Launch, $197 for Scale, and $297 for Optimize. Annual billing lowers those to $81, $164, and $248 per month. Dominate is annual only at $5,997/year, about $499 per month (ClickFunnels, verified September 2026). Email sends add $0.675 per 1,000 on every plan.

Is there a cheaper ClickFunnels plan than $97?

No. Launch at $97/month is the lowest tier in 2026, or $81/month if you pay $972 annually (ClickFunnels, verified September 2026). The 14-day free trial is the only way to use ClickFunnels for less. If $97 is too much, Systeme.io’s free plan or $17 Startup plan covers the basics.

Does ClickFunnels charge transaction fees?

No. ClickFunnels takes no transaction fee and no percentage of revenue on any plan (ClickFunnels, verified September 2026). Your payment processor still charges its own rate. The costs that do sit outside the plan price are email sends at $0.675 per 1,000, video hosting at $0.10 per asset, and the $17/month pause plan.

What is the difference between ClickFunnels $97 and $297?

The $97 Launch plan and the $297 Optimize plan share the same funnel builder and checkout. Optimize adds the Affiliate Center for running your own affiliate program, raises limits to 150,000 contacts and ten workspaces, and includes priority support (ClickFunnels, verified September 2026). Pay the extra $200 only for the Affiliate Center.

Can you pause a ClickFunnels subscription?

Yes, for $17/month. The pause plan keeps your funnels and data intact without the full subscription (ClickFunnels, verified September 2026). Most competitors pause for free, so it is a cost worth knowing before you commit. Cancelling outright is free, but annual plans get no prorated refund after the first 30 days.
