I joined AI SEO Rainmakers on September 2, 2026 at $269 a month. I renewed in October at the same locked rate, so I’ve paid $538 of my own money so far. I sat in on the live calls on September 2 and September 9, finished the Foundations course, and read the community feed from launch to early October.
Two things surprised me. Charles is in the feed every day: he wrote 1,866 comments in the first eight weeks. And the good material is gated behind likes from other members. Five weeks in, my classroom still says “Unlock at Level 4” on the live teardowns.
If you’re thinking about joining, read the pricing and refund sections first. Those are the two places where people lose money.
Disclosure: we earn a commission if you join through our links. It doesn’t change your price, and it didn’t change the numbers below.
Is Charles Floate’s Rainmakers Worth It?
Charles Floate’s AI SEO Rainmakers is worth it if you sell SEO to clients and will post every week. I’ve paid $538 so far at a locked $269 a month. New members pay $319 (checked October 12, 2026). By October 8, five weeks in, I’d finished Foundations and sat at Level 3, with the Level 4 teardowns still locked.
Price is the first filter. At $319 a month, a year costs $3,828, and your rate stays locked only while you keep paying. That money buys a weekly live call and a founder who wrote 1,866 comments in eight weeks. The second filter is effort. Courses open through likes from other members, so someone who reads but never posts stays at Level 1 or 2 and never sees the teardowns or the Dark Library. If you mainly want structured video lessons, a cheaper AI SEO group on Skool will serve you better. It’s poor value for a beginner learning SEO from scratch, or a solo affiliate on a tight budget.
Is AI SEO Rainmakers Legit?
Yes. AI SEO Rainmakers is a real paid Skool community run by Charles Floate. I’ve paid $538 for it since September 2, 2026. Inside, I’ve finished the Foundations course, reached 92% of Learn Vibe Coding and hold Level 3. New members paid $319 a month on October 12, 2026. Some tactics it teaches carry penalty risk.
The classroom held 14 courses on October 8, and ten of them were open to me at Level 3. I attended the live calls on September 2 and September 9, and both recordings sit in the Weekly Call Recordings course. On October 12 the community had 407 members and 49 reviews on Skool. The risk is in the material, which includes a click-bombing SOP and a parasite SEO database. Keep those plays away from any site you can’t afford to lose.
What I Paid and What I Used
- Paid: $538 so far, two charges of $269, in September and October 2026.
- Used: the classroom (my progress bars are in the screenshots below), two live calls, and the community feed from August 10 to October 6.
- What you won’t see here: member names, their sites or screenshots of their posts. The community bans sharing members’ work outside, so I only give counts and themes.
- Dates: price, member count and reviews are from the Skool page on October 12, 2026. Classroom and leaderboard figures are from October 8. Skool hides some comments on long threads, so every “Charles replied” figure below is a minimum.
What Is AI SEO Rainmakers?
AI SEO Rainmakers is a paid AI SEO training community on Skool, founded by Charles Floate and published by SEO.Stream. It teaches how to rank in Google and get cited in AI answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. It launched on August 10, 2026. On October 12, 2026 it had 407 members and charged new members $319 a month.
The facts in one place, checked October 12, 2026:
- What it is: a paid online community and training programme covering AI SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO), AI visibility and link building.
- Founder: Charles Floate, a British SEO based in Thailand, with 18 years in search by his own profile. He is also a part-owner of the link marketplace PressWhizz.
- Publisher: SEO.Stream, the AI SEO publisher Charles founded in 2026. Its site is seo.stream.
- Platform: Skool, at skool.com/ai-seo-rainmakers. Language is English, and members join from anywhere.
- Who it’s for: working SEOs who sell SEO to clients, run their own sites, or both. It is not built for beginners.
- What’s included: a live call with Charles every Wednesday, recorded for members. The classroom held 14 courses on October 8, including Foundations to AI SEO, the Advanced AI SEO Course, vibe coding for SEO, tools and repos, and six private expert interviews.
- Pricing model: a monthly subscription. The price for new members rises as membership grows and has never dropped. Your rate stays locked while you keep paying.
- Official channels: the Skool page, seo.stream and the “AI SEO Rainmakers” company page on LinkedIn.
What Members Actually Use the Community For
AI SEO Rainmakers is mainly a question-and-answer room. Of the 1,213 posts from launch to October 6, 538 (44%) are questions. General discussion adds another 365. Wins, new intel and member builds each take 6-8%. The feed is built for people who are actively stuck on something and want an answer this week.
The topics tell you who the members are. AI search and LLM visibility came first, at 342 posts. Claude, vibe coding and automation came second at 204. Backlinks and link building came third at 117.
Two things stood out to me:
- The AI search focus is real. 342 of 1,213 posts, or 28%, mention AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or AI citations. The sales page promises AI search, and the feed delivers on it.
- Building is a big part of it. 204 posts deal with Claude skills, vibe-coded tools or automation. That’s more than backlinks. If you can’t or won’t touch a terminal, a big slice of the feed will go over your head.
Press releases came up in only 29 posts. That surprised me, given how central they are to Charles’s own business. The members are mostly not copying his income model.
Activity is cooling, but slowly. The launch week (week of August 17) had 243 posts. The week of September 28 had 116. That’s roughly half, which is normal for a Skool group after the launch wave. It’s still a post every hour and a half.
What the Community Tab Looks Like Inside
The Community tab is where AI SEO Rainmakers members spend most of their time. It opens on two pinned posts from Charles, a banner counting down to the next weekly live Q&A, and filter chips for General, Announcements, Questions, The Lab, New Intel, Builds and Wins. I’ve blurred other members’ names and photos in every screenshot below.
The pinned “Drop YOUR Battle Plan” thread had more than 1,400 comments when I took this screenshot. It’s where every new member introduces themselves and earns their first likes, so post there on day one.
Click the Wins chip and the feed turns into a running list of member results. The two newest when I checked were a first online order credited to a ChatGPT recommendation, and a parasite page that ranked within minutes for a client.
Charles’s own announcements are where the new material lands. On September 3 he released a Claude Skills Library with 105 skill files, ranging from agency work to recovering rankings and building audits.
Does Charles Floate Actually Show Up?
Yes. Charles Floate replied on at least 58% of member question posts and at least 83% of win posts, and he wrote 1,866 comments in eight weeks. That’s about 233 a week. The sales page claims “He answers every question inside.” I can’t confirm every one, but questions rarely go unanswered.
Only 9 of 535 member questions, or 1.7%, got no comments at all. Other members fill most of the gaps Charles leaves.
Charles is the most active commenter by a wide margin. On 200 threads I checked, he wrote 424 comments. The next most active members wrote about 100 each.
The catch is concentration. The top 10% of members produce 48% of all activity. A small core of regulars carries the room. If you join and post, you’ll be noticed quickly. If you just read, you’re the audience for that core.
What the Wins Really Are
Most AI SEO Rainmakers wins are agency and client revenue. Affiliate-site profits are rare. Of 89 win posts, client and agency revenue came first with 19, then parasite and fast-rank plays with 16. Only about 4 described affiliate-site income. Expect it to make you a better SEO seller.
Each bucket, paraphrased:
- Client and agency revenue (19). New retainers for local businesses, monthly fees added to existing clients for “AI visibility” work, and agencies landing deals after showing up in ChatGPT answers. Several posts named five-figure annual contracts.
- Parasite, EMD and fast-rank plays (16). Pages ranking on third-party platforms within hours, fresh exact-match domains ranking within a week, and rank-and-rent sites getting their first quote requests. A couple were later marked “no longer working” by the poster, which tells you how short-lived these plays can be.
- Organic traffic growth (15). Record days in Google Search Console, sites migrated to Astro getting more enquiries, and pages reaching page one.
- AI search visibility (14). First orders and signups attributed to ChatGPT recommendations, AI Overview mentions on competitive terms, and better scores on AI visibility baselines.
- CharlesGPT and tools (12). Audits from CharlesGPT that caught real problems, and members tweaking Charles’s shared Claude skills.
One caveat: some wins came from sites or client relationships members had built long before they joined. A one-page tool site with over a million clicks didn’t happen in a Rainmakers month. Read the Wins tab as a picture of who’s in the room. It doesn’t measure what the course produced.
If you run affiliate sites, know that the room is full of people selling AI SEO as a service. That’s useful if you want to sell it too. It’s less useful if you want someone to hand you an affiliate playbook.
The Level Ladder: What You Get on Day One
AI SEO Rainmakers unlocks its courses by Skool level, and you earn levels through likes from other members. Paying gets you in, but the Foundations course is all you see at first. Level 2 needs just 5 likes. The live teardowns need Level 4 (65 points), and the Dark Library needs Level 5 (155 points).
This is where the 357 active members we could see sit:
Only 36% of active members have reached Level 4 or higher. The most common level is Level 3, at 37%. That’s where I am too.
Skool’s own Leaderboards tab tells the same story across all 390 members, and it showed me at Level 3, 10 points from Level 4.
My classroom on October 8 shows the Foundations to AI SEO course at 100%, Learn Vibe Coding For AI SEO at 92% and the Tools & Repos + Setup Guides course at 67%. The Advanced AI SEO Course and the new AI CRO Course with Olivier both sit at 0% for me. Scroll down and the padlocks start.
The Live Site Audits & Teardowns tile still says “Unlock at Level 4”. The Dark Library tile says “Unlock at Level 5”. Charles is open about why. In the levels thread he says he likes every real comment and ignores the “great post 🔥” kind, and he tells lurkers not to message him a month later asking why the Dark Library is locked.
I think the system is fair. The gotcha is that likes come from other members, so your progress depends on posting where people are reading. A thoughtful answer on a busy question thread earns more than a long post nobody opens. If you’re quiet by nature, budget for that.
Inside the Classroom, Course by Course
The AI SEO Rainmakers classroom held 14 courses on October 8, 2026. Ten were open to me at Level 3. Two are locked by level, one sits behind Level 7, and one is a paid upsell. Here’s what each looks like from inside my account, with my real progress bars.
| Course | Access | My progress |
|---|---|---|
| The Foundations to AI SEO | Level 1 | 100% |
| Using CharlesGPT 3.1 | Level 2 | 100% |
| Tools & Repos + Setup Guides | Level 2 | 67% |

| Buy A Live Audit Teardown | $1,499 one-off | Not bought |
The Foundations to AI SEO
This is the one course every member sees on day one, and I’ve completed it. It runs in three parts. The Shift covers AI search basics and whether AI can even read your site. The Levers covers on-page optimisation for AI, entity stacking and mention building. The Operation ends with an AI search baseline tracking sheet and “The Money Map + Your Next 7 Days”. If you only watch one thing before deciding on a refund, watch this.
Learn Vibe Coding For AI SEO
Charles walks you through VS Code, Claude Code, local versus VPS setups (he recommends a VPS), terminal commands, a CLAUDE.md brief, MCPs and plugins. I’m at 92%. The last 8% is a lesson called “Follow-up Video” that just says “Come Back in 72 Hours”. Expect the odd placeholder in a classroom this new.
Using CharlesGPT 3.1
It’s two written lessons and no video. The useful one is “What Should You Use CharlesGPT For?”. Charles tells you not to treat it like Google. He says to feed it GSC exports, Ahrefs data, DataForSEO pulls, backlink profiles, competitor data and SERP screenshots, then use it as a second brain.
The Advanced AI SEO Course
This is the follow-on to Foundations, with modules on reverse engineering, a mini semantic SEO course, a retrieval techniques library, seeding training data and campaign building. It’s unfinished. The final lesson, “Campaign Update Video #1”, reads “Coming October 13th, 2026”. You’re paying partly for course material that’s still being recorded.
Weekly Call Recordings
Eight recordings so far, from August 21 to October 7. The ticks on September 2 and September 9 are the two calls I attended live. The October 7 recording runs 1 hour 32 minutes. I’ve blurred the video frame because it shows other members’ screens.
Private Expert Interviews
Six guest interviews, each about an hour: Metehan Yesilyurt (Peec AI), Ian Howells, Dan Petrovic (Dejan AI), Will Tribe, James Dooley and Rollo Unden. Charles colour-codes each one by difficulty, from beginner-friendly to very advanced. If you want perspectives from outside Charles’s own playbook, start here.
Community Gold Vault and Bonus Courses
The Gold Vault collects the best threads from the feed, Charles’s intel reports and his own “most important threads” list, including the parasite SEO database. Use it to catch up on what you missed before joining.
Bonus Courses holds GrokBot SEO training and a 20-minute Niche Research mini course with a downloadable skill file.
What’s locked, and the $1,499 upsell
At the bottom of the classroom sit the Dark Library (Level 5), the Level 7 Club (2,015 likes) and a tile called “Buy A Live Audit Teardown”. That last one costs $1,499 and gets you a live teardown of any site, of at least 30 minutes, without waiting in the queue. It’s optional, but you should know the monthly fee isn’t the only price on the page.
How Much Does AI SEO Rainmakers Cost?
AI SEO Rainmakers costs $319 a month for new members as of October 12, 2026. The Skool page says the next 25 members lock $319, then the price goes to “$329+”. The price has risen at every member milestone since launch. Whatever you join at stays locked while you keep paying, which is why I still pay $269.
The ladder in my own records:
| Date checked | New-member price | Members |
|---|---|---|
| September 2, 2026 | $269/mo (my join price) | 298 |
| September 16, 2026 | $289/mo | 357 |
| October 5, 2026 | $299/mo | 385 |
| October 8, 2026 | $299/mo, “then $319+“ | 390 |
| October 12, 2026 | $319/mo, “then $329+“ | 407 |
On September 24 Charles opened a vote in the feed. The question was whether to stop raising the price at the $299 cohort, keep the increases going, or set a higher cap. He stressed that existing members keep their rate either way. By October 12 the price had reached $319, and the about page points to $329+ next, so the increases continue.
At $319, a year costs $3,828. In practice, $319 buys one live call a week, a founder who wrote roughly 233 comments a week in the feed, and a growing classroom. At around 400 members, that’s still a small enough room for Charles to notice you. That’s the real product. If a weekly call and a responsive founder aren’t worth $3,828 a year to you, nothing else in here will change that.
What the Weekly Live Calls Are Like
AI SEO Rainmakers runs a live call with Charles every Wednesday, plus occasional extra sessions. Before each call he posts an “Ask Me Anything” thread in the feed, and members drop their questions there. There were eight of these threads between August 19 and September 30. Every call ends up in the Weekly Call Recordings course.
I attended the calls on September 2 and September 9. The format suits people with a specific problem. Post your question in the AMA thread early. The questions that get answered are concrete ones: a URL, a ranking drop, a test that didn’t work.
Two practical notes from the calendar. Skool shows call times in your own time zone (mine displays “Calcutta time” at the top), so check that before you plan around a call. And the October calendar shows one call moved to a Friday, so don’t assume Wednesday every week. Recordings aren’t flawless either. Charles announced on August 19 that the first call recording had failed and scheduled a replacement session.
The Black-Hat Question
AI SEO Rainmakers teaches gray-hat and black-hat SEO next to standard practice, and it doesn’t hide it. “Black hat”, penalties or risk came up in 194 posts and comments. On September 29 Charles posted a click-bombing basics SOP. There’s also a parasite SEO database. Treat some of it as risky, especially on a site you can’t afford to lose.
Click manipulation is listed in Google’s spam policies, and parasite plays on someone else’s domain break when the host notices. You can see that in the Wins tab itself: at least one parasite win was later edited to say the host had removed the posts.
The upside is that it’s discussed openly. Members argue about what’s working and what’s burned out, often with screenshots. That’s more honest than courses that teach the same tactics and call them “advanced strategies”. My own rule: test the aggressive stuff on throwaway assets, and keep it far away from client sites and any domain you care about.
Can You Get a Refund?
The AI SEO Rainmakers about page no longer advertises a refund window, as checked on October 8, 2026. In the community, Charles has said refunds only apply to members still at Level 1 or 2 in their first week. He has also said he refunded members who wouldn’t engage. Assume the money is spent once you pass Level 2.
Charles said he changed the rule so people couldn’t join, collect everything the community had built up, and then ask for their money back. It’s fair from his side. From yours, it means you should decide within the first few days. Watch Foundations, post in the introduction thread, sit in on one call, and then decide.
Cancelling is the normal Skool process through your settings. Remember that your locked price disappears when you cancel. Rejoining later means paying whatever the price is that day.
How AI SEO Rainmakers Compares
AI SEO Rainmakers is the most expensive AI SEO community on Skool and the most founder-led. AI SEO Mastery Pro costs $217 and focuses on local SEO agencies. AI Ranking costs $27. AI SEO Operators is free and has over 4,000 members. Pick Rainmakers for access to Charles. Pick a cheaper group if you want structured lessons.

Who Should Join and Who Should Skip
AI SEO Rainmakers fits people who already do SEO for money and want a faster feedback loop. It’s a bad fit for beginners, lurkers and anyone who needs a step-by-step course. The feed backs this up: the wins are agency revenue, and the levels reward people who post.
Join if you:
- Sell SEO or “AI visibility” to clients and want new angles to pitch every month
- Run several sites and want to test parasite, EMD and AI-citation plays before they spread
- Will post and comment weekly, because that’s how the classroom opens up
- Can afford $319 a month without needing it to pay for itself in 30 days
Skip it if you:
- Are new to SEO. Questions from beginners do get answered, but the room moves fast and assumes a baseline
- Want a passive-income affiliate blueprint. Only about 4 of the 89 wins were affiliate-site income
- Only want videos. Lurkers stay at Level 1-2 and miss the teardowns and the Dark Library
- Run a client site that can’t take risk and might be tempted by the black-hat material
Mistakes to Avoid Before You Join
Waiting for the $269 price. It’s gone. The price rose at every member milestone, and new members now pay $319 with $329+ announced next. Waiting only costs you more.
Planning to “try it for a month” and ask for a refund. Refunds only apply while you’re at Level 1 or 2 in your first week. Most active members pass Level 2 quickly. Decide in the first few days.
Joining to lurk. Courses open through likes from other members. If you never post, you stay at Level 1-2 and never see the teardowns or the Dark Library.
Cancelling for a month and coming back. Your locked rate disappears when you cancel. Rejoining means paying that day’s price.
Expecting an affiliate-site playbook. About 4 of the 89 wins were affiliate income. Most were client and agency deals.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I still join AI SEO Rainmakers for $269 a month?
No. $269 was the new-member price on September 2, 2026. It rose to $289, then $299, and was $319 on October 12, 2026. Members who joined at $269 keep that rate only while they stay subscribed.
How much does AI SEO Rainmakers cost in 2026?
New members pay $319 a month as of October 12, 2026, and the Skool page says the next block will pay $329 or more. Your price locks when you join and stays locked while you remain subscribed. I joined at $269 and still pay $269.
How fast will I see results from AI SEO Rainmakers?
Members who already have clients or live sites post wins within weeks, usually new retainers or quick parasite rankings. If you’re starting from zero, expect months, not weeks. Many posted wins came from assets members built before joining.
What happens if I want my money back?
The about page no longer lists a refund window. In the community, Charles has said refunds only apply to members still at Level 1 or 2 in their first week. Decide within your first few days, before you climb past Level 2.
Do I need to be active to get value from AI SEO Rainmakers?
Yes. Courses unlock through likes from other members: Level 2 needs 5 points, the live teardowns need Level 4 at 65 points, and the Dark Library needs Level 5 at 155 points. Only 36% of active members have reached Level 4 or higher.
